She holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. Megan is a Certified Meditation Instructor from the Chopra Institute, a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) accredited by the National Board of Medical Examiners, and holds coaching certifications from The Neuroleadership Institute.
