In a corporate setting, a growth mindset is the belief that skills, leadership capacity, resilience, and performance can improve through effort, feedback, reflection, and practice. It helps employees view challenges as learning opportunities rather than threats. In training, teams learn to notice limiting thoughts, reframe setbacks, strengthen focus, and apply new behaviors in real workplace situations.
