The 5 C’s are often taught as clarity, courage, communication, connection, and commitment. In a practical leadership workshop, these ideas help leaders define a compelling direction, model resilient behavior, communicate with purpose, strengthen trust, and stay consistent when pressure rises. Front Goose Wellbeing reinforces these capacities with mental fitness practices that support focus, composure, and better decision-making.
